We have bought all of our mattreses at City mattress. In the past we have been happy. But this time the salesman talked us into spending over 3,000 on the PranSleep mattress. He was very impressive with his knowledge of foam products, but failed to tell us that there would be depressions on either side where we sleep with a ridge in the middle. I guess if you never want to go into the middle of the bed, that would be fine. We tried to get them to replace the mattress with another and they would only give us a discount towards another. Now we are stuck with a mattress we can't sleep on! We will never go back to City Mattress again.
